
went to work in the kitchen again, this time I pumped out a little stir fry type thingy.
This is my go to meal, it is super easy, super quick, and super tasty.
-tempeh
-red bell pepper
-onion
-sweet peas
-broccoli crown
-cooking oil
-Asian sesame with ginger and soy sauce
heat up tempeh in cooking oil, while you’re waiting for it to cook, slice the pepper and onion.
Once the tempeh has finished cooking, take off heat and put into bowl, put the pepper and onion over heat. While you’re waiting for those to cook, slice the broccoli crown.
Once the Pepper and onion slices have heated, take off heat and add to bowl with tempeh. add sweet peas and broccoli crown, cover.
Once the sweet peas and broccoli crown have cooked, take off heat and add to bowl.
dump bowl over heat again and add Asian sesame with ginger and soy sauce.
put back in bowl. done. eat on good bread if so desired.
